With doctorate degrees in both Audiology and Health Sciences, Tom’s passion for hearing health care spans over 40 years. In 2018, Tom was elected as a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (NAP) in Audiology.

Emily has practiced law for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining Amplifon, she was the principal of CyberSmart Law and an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota.

Sandy brings 30 years of health care experience to Amplifon, including an extensive track record in the payer sector, most recently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. In her new role, she will oversee claims processing operations, provider network and customer service functions.
