Previously, he held executive leadership positions within Amplifon including Global Chief Retail Officer and Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Guillaume brings more than 10 years of health care executive leadership experience to his role as Senior Vice President. He earned his MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2006.

Chief of Audiology
With doctorate degrees in both Audiology and Health Sciences, Tom’s passion for hearing health care spans over 40 years. In 2018, Tom was elected as a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (NAP) in Audiology.

Sandy brings 30 years of health care experience to Amplifon, including an extensive track record in the payer sector, most recently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. In her new role, she will oversee claims processing operations, provider network and customer service functions.

Joining in August 2020, Scott brings more than two decades of healthcare and ancillary benefits leadership experience to his role. He leads the sales and account management teams responsible for building long-term strategic partnerships with health care organizations, self-funded employers, national labor groups, and workers' comp organizations.
